NDA - the whole story of church failure

This is the the first complaint sent to the Natioinal Review Board in an attempt to get to the hierarchy of the United States Conference of Cathlic Bishops.  The NRB is a committee of the USCCB.  A memorandum by canon lawyer, Thomas P. Doyle is an attachment sent with this complaint letter.  

This is the memorandum written by Thomas P. Doyle, canon lawyer and victim advocate.  Very important document. 

This is the response from the chair of the National Review Board at the time. It indicates that Bishop Timothy Doherty has been notified concerning the complaint.  The next notification of the complaint will be addressed directly to Doherty.  

At the direction of Dr. Francesco Cesareo, the second complaint was sent to Bishop Timothy Doherty of Indiana as the prelate in charge of the area which encompasses Tennessee.  This was the second notification of the complaint. 

This is the third notification sent to the new chair of the National Review Board, Suzannen Healy. 

This is the response from Suzanne Healy, the successor to Francesco Cesareo, as chair of the National Review Board. Ms. Healy basically shuts down any further communication saying that she cannot help now or in the future. 

This is the fourth notification to the USCCB of the complaints.
