I have received your second packet of infonnation dated August 11, 2021 regarding matters pertaining to the Diocese of Knoxville. I see that you have reported the matter in accordance with Motu Proprio Vos Estis Lux Mundi and the Catholic Bishop Abuse Reporting service (CBAR). The National Review Board (NRB) does not have any involvement in this formal process. As I indicated in my June 3, 2021 response to you, the NRB is solely advisory to the conference ofbishops and does not take up any matters specific to any diocese or eparchy. I have shared your package with the USCCB, for informational purposes. I am sorry but I am unable to assist you any further, now or at any time in the future on this matter. I keep everyone impacted by abuse in my prayers.
