I received the letter you sent dated January 14, 2020 regarding the lawsuit filed by Mr. Michael Boyd against the Diocese of Knoxville. Thank you for taking the time to give me the details of the case and sharing the important questions concerning Article 3 of the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, I have made the Chairman of the Committee on the Protection of Children and Young People, Bishop Timothy L. Doherty, aware of your letter and its contents.

The National Review Board is committed to healing and reconciliation for victims and survivors of abuse and the prevention of further abuse.
